BIO-UV signs agreement with Innovasea

Water treatment specialist, BIO-UV, is partnering with aquaculture technology firm Innovasea which will help the French company market its products in North America.

Innovasea is a United States-based company that designs and builds sustainable water treatment systems, freshwater and saltwater recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) solutions. The company operates in the U.S., Canada, Norway, Chile, Greece and Australia.

The European company, BIO-UV, focuses on water treatment and disinfection by UV, ozone, salt electrolysis and advance oxidation processes (AOP) technologies.

BIO-UV Group has intensified its focus on aquaculture since its 2019 acquisition of Triogen, which brought advanced ozone and AOP solutions into the product portfolio. The group has invested over €1 million in aquaculture research and development.
