Aller Aqua Egypt receives Danish export award

Fish feed producer Aller Aqua Egypt was among three subsidiaries of Danish companies that received a royal export award.

The HRH Crown Prince Frederik International Business Awards, are awarded in collaboration between the royal house, the Danish Export Association and the Trade Council. The awards are given to companies for their extraordinary work in disseminating Danish products, solutions and business models.

The awardees for 2023 were Aller Aqua Egypt, 3XN Australia and MagVenture Inc. in the USA. This is the fourth year that Prince Frederik opened his home and presented honours.


“These are three companies that have represented Denmark in a distinguished way in each of their fields. With innovation, quality and sustainable solutions as well as business models, the three companies have achieved great success in their respective markets,” said Poul Due Jensen, Group President, CEO of Grundfos and member of the awarding jury.

Aller Aqua produces fish feed for the aquaculture industry. The company has developed a line of products specifically designed for the recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) industry.

Through the Egyptian subsidiary, Aller Aqua Egypt, the feed manufacturer has contributed to the solution to creating a sustainable food base for the Egyptian population. Under the leadership of its CEO Hussien Mansour, Aller Aqua Egypt has already expanded production capacity three times and is planning a fourth expansion.

3XN Australia is a subsidiary of Denmark’s 3XN Arcitechs. The firm’s green strategy in the design of the Quay Quarter Tower is responsible for putting Danish architechture in the Australian map.

MagVenture group was founded in 1992. In 2010, an American subsidiary was started with two employees. MagVenture has developed a number of products in the field of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
