Ace Aquatec partners with Fresh by Design for Asia Pacific market

Aquaculture technology specialist, Ace Aquatec has appointed Australian supplier, Fresh by Design, as its first distributor in the Asia Pacific region. 

This partnership will see Fresh by Design supply stunning equipment for salmon, praw and smolt across for Australian and New Zealand customers. 

Ace Aquatec’s in-water electrical stunner has a 100 per cent stun rate designed to improve fish welfare and reduce stress during harvest time. As its new distributors, Fresh by Design promises to provide comprehensive consultancy to fish farmers interested in adopting higher welfare standards and trialing the products.

“We’ve seen a ton of demand for our salmon, prawn and smolt stunners in the last 12 months so we’re very excited to partner with Fresh by Design,” said Tara McGregor-Woodhams, Ace Aquatec chief sales and marketing officer.
